Final Grades

Final grades and unofficial records are available at all times online through WebSMART. Final grades are not mailed to students upon completion of the semester.

To view your final grades:

1. Log into WebSMART
   Your User ID is your student identification number or you can use your Social Security number as an alternate User ID. Unless you have customized your PIN (Personal Identification Number), the default PIN is your six-digit birth date entered as two digits each for month, day and year (mmddyy).
2. Click on Student Records
3. Click on Final Grades
4. Select the term by clicking on the drop down menu and then click Submit
5. View your Final Grades

Incomplete Grades

A final grading symbol of I (Incomplete) may be assigned in case of incomplete academic work due to unforeseeable, emergency and justifiable reasons. The academic work must be completed, no later than one year following the end of the term in which it was assigned. If the work is not completed then the default grade assigned by the instructor is entered in the permanent record. The student cannot sign up for the course again to do the make-up work.
