Welcome Center

Overview

The Welcome Center is the place for new, continuing and returning students to get assistance with navigating the college. We serve new students through the matriculation process (orientation, assessment, counseling, registration) as well as continuing and returning students who are looking for more information on how to access services needed to be successful in college.

College of San Mateo has many services to help students pay for college, feed their families, find their dream career, just to name a few. However, if students do not know what exists, how can they utilize these services to achieve their goals? This is the purpose of the Welcome Center.
