Tutoring & Workshops

Tutoring for EOPS/CARE students is available on a drop-in basis at the EOPS Office, Building 10, Room 110.

Our friendly tutors offer help in the following subjects:

• Accounting
• Biology
• English
• History
• Math
• Psychology
• Statistics
• Writing

Tutoring Tips:

• Please bring your assignments, textbooks and materials (pens, pencils, graph paper, calculator, etc). 
• Have a question or concept about the lecture or assignment to review with a tutor handy. 
• Maximize tutoring time by having notes or documents prepared to share with your tutor.

Academic Success workshops are available for EOPS/CARE students throughout the year. The following workshops are offered with your academic success in mind.  You are encouraged to attend and participate in all the workshops to get resources and techniques to apply in your studies. All workshops are held in the EOPS office in Building. 10, Room 110. To sign-up for a workshop, please call (650) 574-6154 to make an appointment with Arianna or Gwen.
