  • Free and Confidential Counseling
    Personal Counseling & Wellness Services offers free and confidential personal counseling sessions for CSM students. Each appointment spans 50 minutes, providing ample time to address your concerns and work towards solutions.
  • Supporting the Undocumented Community Center
    The personal counselor specializes in delivering counseling services tailored to the unique needs of the undocumented community at the College of San Mateo. Our commitment is to assist individuals in thriving academically, emotionally, and personally, by providing a safe space for discussion, support, and guidance.
  • Bilingual Support
    Our personal counselor is bilingual and can provide counseling sessions in English or Spanish, ensuring you feel comfortable expressing yourself in the language that resonates most with you.

NOTE: for Spring 2024 our UCC Personal Counselor is available only Wednesdays and Thursdays.
