Title: Student Assistant
Major:Electrical Engineering
Why I love working at WC: I love working at the Writing Center because of its quiet and welcoming atmosphere. I also enjoy serving as a bridge between students and professors and the Writing Center has always been incredibly helpful to me throughout my English classes and with writing essays. Whenever I have trouble organising my thoughts, the professors at the Writing Center help me rearrange my ideas and find clarity in my writing. Now, I’m excited to be able to provide that same support to other students! Fun Fact: I played tennis for three years, and I have a collection of over 200 penguin skins in the Roblox game Knockout.
Other Interests: I love reading webtoons, playing Roblox, and spending time with my friends.

Why I love working at WC: It’s a tranquil spot to get work done but also meet with members of the English dept for either help or just to chat. It’s a welcoming place that’s fun and also productive. I’m currently the editor of our award-winning school magazine Labyrinth which is overseen by our dear Professor Mangin! Questions? Email advisor Sarah Mangin (mangins@smccd.edu)
