Student Employment

We are not hiring student assistants at this time. Please check back in late April 2022 for information about applying for Fall 2022.

Student assistants are often the first line of help for students when they have questions about ESL Center activities, the ESL Department, and/or the college. Click on the link above for a detailed description of the job and its qualifications.

We want all student assistants to feel comfortable and safe in their work environment. ESL Center student assistants must work in-person in the ESL Center. There is no option to complete this job remotely. Social distancing is not always possible in the ESL Center since you may need to sit or stand next to a student while assisting them. Student assistants are also required to follow all health and safety protocols and mandates required by the college district. These mandates may change throughout the semester. If you have any questions, please contact the ESL Center.

How to Apply

Read the full job description linked above and then contact or visit the ESL Center to request an application.
