ESL Word Jam

ESL Word Jam is a FREE, one-week English language and academic skills program for new and returning multilingual students. Students. This summer Word Jam will be held in-person at the College of San Mateo.

• Prepare for success in courses
• Learn and practice listening, speaking, reading, grammar, and writing skills
• Meet ESL program faculty and staff
• Connect with future classmates
• Complete a group project on a topic of your choice
• Demonstrate your skills for a chance to revise your ESL/English placement
• Free lunch provided

Registration Information

• Dates: Monday, August 8 - Thursday, August 11
• Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Modality: In-Person
• IMPORTANT: All participants must provide proof of vaccination or qualify for an exemption
