Overview

The College of San Mateo Theatre is a premier event venue located on the CSM campus in San Mateo, California. The 400-seat auditorium hosts a variety of events from dramatic performances, musical showcases, speaker series, summits, conferences, and more.

In 2020 the Theatre underwent a modernization adding new seating, stage draperies and cyclorama. A state-of-the-art lighting system with new LED fixtures, control console and rigging with a simplified electronic system were also installed to bring the Theatre into the 21st century.
