Degrees: Doctoral Candidate in Holistic Clinical Psychology; M.A., in Counseling Psychology; B.A., Psychology/Minor in Performing Arts
Teaching Experience: Teaching and Training since 1993.  Began teaching at College of San Mateo in 2020.
Career Highlights: Extensive experience and education in the Helping/Healing profession and Leadership including: Founder/President of a non-profit organization, CEO, Director, Senior Management, Clinical Supervisor and Trainer in various non-profit organizations and clinics; Holistic Practitioner; Psychotherapist; Clinical Master Hypnotherapist; Life Coach; Addiction Specialist; Sex Therapist; Yoga Laughter Teacher; Speaker; Trainer; On-line Radio Talk Show Host; Band Management; Child Advocate, and more… 
Addiction related: Worked extensively in private practice with clients with Addiction; worked at an intensive in-patient AOD Treatment Facility for Adolescents and Adults; served as the Program and Clinical Director of an Outpatient Treatment Program in the Bay Area; taught at College of San Mateo’s Addiction Studies Program; accepted the position as the Director of Addiction Studies.
Hobbies: Connecting/spending time with loved ones, music/dancing, trying different restaurants, theater, whatever my spirit calls me to do…

Career Highlights: Director of the Haight Ashbury Free Clinics Substance and Behavioral Health Services.
Founding member of the California Association of Alcohol/Drug/Educators (CAADE).
Hobbies: Running, tennis, and learning

Mary Taylor Fullerton

Teaching Experience: Since 2010
Career Highlights: Spent three years collaborating with the National Center for Trauma-Informed Care to better serve those with co-occurring mental health & substance use issues. Discovering a simultaneous and harmonious balance in teaching while learning.
Hobbies: Yoga, stand-up paddle, hiking, good food, exploring new places, and playing with art.

Walter Schulze

Teaching Experience:  Since 2001
Career Highlights: In the substance abuse field since the first funding of the “Just Say NO” campaign in 1987. Has created, developed, and managed substance abuse prevention/‌treatment programs with various populations, including Asian Americans, African Americans, and Latinos. Was invited to present an innovative program at the XII World Congress of Psychiatry in Yokohama, Japan. The program, which merged traditional Asian healing modalities with Western Psychological concepts, gained interest among practitioners at the Congress.
Hobbies: Playing guitar
