How to change your name and pronouns

Complete the Change of Personal Information Form to change your name & pronouns on class rosters and official legal documents. You will need to provide other documentation as needed.
Use WebSmart to update your name & pronouns on class rosters and Canvas. Go to your profile where you will find "update personal information."
