  • Step:Forward student success campaign launched

    The California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office and the Foundation for California Community Colleges unveiled the new Step:Forward campaign today—an awareness effort and website that encourages students to adopt successful behaviors to increase the likelihood they will achieve their educational and career goals.

  • Dickson blossoming: Former CSM slugger making name for himself in Dodgers’ system

    Anchoring the infield at first base is former College of San Mateo slugger O’Koyea Dickson. In his fourth season of professional baseball, Dickson is establishing himself as a legitimate prospect.

  • Conserving water a top goal for SMCCD

    In January 2014, the San Mateo County Community College District, under direction from the Board of Trustees, set a goal of 25% reduction in water use.

  • CSM reception for museum interns

    All three students participated in an internship program for a year at the museum, for which they received CSM independent study course credit.
