Student Service Closures

The following CSM Student Services will be open for Flex Days on Monday, August 12, and Tuesday, August 13, 2024.

• Academic Counseling Services
• Disability Resource Center
• International Education Program
• Financial Aid
• Promise Scholars
• Student Life & Leadership

Please note the specific hours for some services:

• The Disability Resource Center, International Education Program, and Promise Scholars Program will be closed from 8 am to 11 am on Monday, August 12, and Tuesday, August 13.
• Academic Counseling Services will be available on a drop-in basis, both in-person and virtually, on Monday, August 12, from 9 am to 4 pm, and on Tuesday, August 13, from 9 am to 6:30 pm.
• Admissions & Records and Financial Aid will be open in person from 8 am to 4:30 pm on Monday, August 12, and from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm on Tuesday, August 13.

All Student Services will resume normal operations on Wednesday, August 14, for the start of the semester.
