Title: Adjunct Career Counselor and Instructor, Counseling and Workforce Development 
Responsibilities: Assessment Provide one-on-one career counseling appointments for students of all majors and backgrounds. Offer guidance and resources on major exploration, career pathways, job search, resumes, networking, interview prep, etc. Teach career courses (CRER 126: Career Assessment and Exploration, CRER 127: Job Search Strategies). Co-facilitate peer mentors and student leaders in the AAPI Leadership Development Program.

Responsibilities: Connecting students to professional opportunities through strategic partnerships with leading companies, internships, and career readiness workshops. Organize workplace tours with major firms like Genentech, Ernst & Young, Moss Adams, and Oracle. Cultivate strong employer relationships to ensure alignment between industry needs and student preparation. These partnerships provide valuable mentorship, hands-on experiences, and work-based learning opportunities that lead to competitive, high-demand career pathways.
