CSM Career Counselors meet with CSM students to:

• Administer and interpret career assessments such as the MBTI and SII 
• Discuss potential major and career pathways
• Review career and industry information
• Develop students' job search skills
• Review resumes
• Prepare students for upcoming interviews

Unlike career counseling, which offers ongoing sessions to explore your goals in depth, these one-on-one appointments focus on quick, targeted guidance. Get help with resume reviews, mock interviews, LinkedIn development, and refining your elevator pitch.
