CSM’s Paid Internship Program gives students the chance to gain valuable, hands-on work experience while being fairly compensated. Partnering with local employers, this CSM-exclusive program provides meaningful opportunities to grow professionally, receive mentorship and training, and build connections with mentors and colleagues. Open to all students, the program offers competitive wages, flexible schedules for those with other responsibilities, and application support, including resume and interview workshops.

Gain real-world experience while earning college credit through Work Experience Education. Although CSM does not currently offer this class, students can enroll at our sister campuses, Skyline College or Cañada College, to turn paid or volunteer work into academic credit. You’ll set learning goals with your supervisor, apply your classroom knowledge in a real workplace, and develop career skills while receiving guidance and mentorship. Work Experience Education is a flexible way to gain practical experience, build your resume, and explore career paths while earning transferable college credit.
