Responsibilities: Leads the Workforce Development portfolio to connect students with high-impact, paid work-based learning—internships, apprenticeships, and career readiness programming—through strategic partnerships with leading employers across biotech, tech, finance, and public sector. Oversees Strong Workforce investments and cross-campus collaborations, organizes industry workplace tours and panels, and aligns employer needs with curriculum so students gain mentorship, real-world skills, and pathways into competitive, high-demand careers.
