Oversees Strong Workforce investments and cross-campus collaborations, organizes industry workplace tours and panels, and aligns employer needs with curriculum so students gain mentorship, real-world skills, and pathways into competitive, high-demand careers.

Organize workplace tours with major firms like Genentech, Ernst & Young, Moss Adams, and Oracle. Cultivate strong employer relationships to ensure alignment between industry needs and student preparation. These partnerships provide valuable mentorship, hands-on experiences, and work-based learning opportunities that lead to competitive, high-demand career pathways.

Coordinate collaborative events that connect employers with students, creating pipelines of future talent aligned with workforce needs. Strengthen industry engagement by developing opportunities for mentorship, experiential learning, and direct collaboration that prepare students for high-demand careers.
