SamTrans Routes

SamTrans operates two bus routes to CSM:

  • Route 250 connects CSM with the Hillsdale area, San Mateo Caltrain Station, and downtown San Mateo. The route operates seven days a week, provides late weekday service, and runs approximately every 30 minutes on weekends.
  • Route CSM provides a faster, more direct connection between CSM and San Mateo Caltrain Station via Highway 92 and El Camino Real. The route operates on weekdays only, including evening service. Weekend riders should use Route 250.

SamTrans buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with racks that accommodate three bikes.
