Overview

There are many ways to get to CSM.

SamTrans operates two bus routes to CSM:

All buses have wheelchair lifts and accommodate two to four bikes. Route 250 provides weekday service until 10:20 pm and Route CSM provides weekday service until 6:43 pm. There is limited service on weekends. Routing information is available at 1-800-660-4287 and samtrans.com. Printed schedules are also available at the Center for Student Life and Leadership Development in Building 17, Room 112.

College of San Mateo offers current CSM students one free roundtrip ride per day to/from CSM via Lyft.
The free CSM Shuttle begins service on Monday, January 13, 2025, with hourly pick-ups and drop-offs between the Millbrae BART/Caltrain Station and CSM. It will run Monday through Friday from 7:10 am – 2:15 pm.
