Overview

The Cashier’s Office serves students throughout the academic year by processing payments, issuing refunds, and resolving fee-related issues. 

We also support the Associated Students of College of San Mateo (ASCSM) by accepting deposits from student clubs and trust accounts, and we prepare monthly financial statements and quarterly reports for the Student Life Center and the District Accounting Office.

Acceptable Payment Methods

Fees may be paid with major credit cards through WebSMART, over the phone or in-person at the Cashier’s Office.

Fees may be paid with check or money order through US Mail or in-person at the Cashier’s Office.

Fees may be paid with cash in-person at the Cashier’s Office.

For proper credit, please include your name and G# with your payment.

Credit & Refund Policies

A student may either choose to maintain a credit balance on account or contact the Cashier's Office to arrange for a refund. Refunds are NOT issued automatically. Credit balances remain on student accounts for a maximum of five (5) years.
