Cashier's Office

Overview

The Cashier’s Office is dedicated to serve students throughout the academic year by processing payments, issuing refunds and handling fees related issues. As well as providing support to ASCSM by taking in deposits from student clubs and trusts; in adddition to maintain and produce monthly financial statements and quarterly reports to the Student Life Center and District Accounting Office.

Acceptable Payment Methods

Fees may be paid with major credit cards through WebSMART, over the phone or in-person at the Cashier’s Office.

Fees may be paid with check or money order through US Mail or in-person at the Cashier’s Office.

Fees may be paid with cash in-person at the Cashier’s Office.

For proper credit, please include your name and G# with your payment.

Credit & Refund Policies

A student may either choose to maintain a credit balance on account or contact the Cashier's Office to arrange for a refund. Refunds are NOT issued automatically. Credit balances remain on student accounts for a maximum of five (5) years.
