Program Review Guidance Workshops will be held in-person and via Zoom. See Event Calendar for rooms and Zoom links.
Submission form opens in August 2025.
Due September 2025 by 4:30 pm (no grace period for late submissions).
If you are participating in the Great Read through IPC or CTL, you can complete the rubric survey online.
