The forthcoming Program Review cycle will occur in the 2025-26 academic year.
- Download the 2023-24 Program Review form.
- The 2023 Program Review Guidance document is available to help.
- Program Review Guidance Workshops will be held in-person and via Zoom. See Event Calendar for rooms and Zoom links.
- Submission form opens in August 2025.
- Due September 2025 by 4:30 pm (no grace period for late submissions).
- If you are participating in the Great Read through IPC or CTL, you can complete the rubric survey online.
