Instructional Programs
Programs are assigned to complete the Instructional Program Review on a three-year cycle, and a four-year cycle for CTE programs. Comprehensive program reviews are submitted in the Fall by the programs listed for that year.
All program review information will be entered into Nuventive. However, some authors prefer to collaborate and draft their program review submissions using a Word document and then copy-paste into Nuventive. Below is a template containing prompts for each section of Program Review.
Program Review submissions are provided feedback at the Institutional Planning Committee (IPC). Academic Senate prioritizes position resource requests before submitting them to IPC for certification and recommendation to the College President for funding.
- First submission of Program Review due in Nuventive: Friday, October 24
- Dean/VP Review due to Program Review authors: Friday, November 7
- Final submissions of Program Review due in Nuventive: Friday, November 14, 11:59 pm. No late submissions accepted.
