Alicia Frangos
Title: Student Success Coordinator, frangosa@smccd.edu

Responsibilities: Conducts New Student Orientation, Reinstatement Workshops and other Student Success workshops. Works to provide information and support to students regarding achievement of their goals at College of San Mateo.

Education: M.A., English (Concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), San Francisco State University; B.S. Business Administration/Computer Systems, San Francisco State University; taught English Composition for Multilingual Speakers, San Francisco State University

Carol Ullrich

Title: Welcome Center & Assessment Services Coordinator, ullrichc@smccd.edu
Responsibilities: Manages the College assessment program; coordinates the Priority Enrollment Program (PEP); assists with the College articulation services; participates in student success programs and activities.

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, concentration in Marketing, Gonzaga University
Other Interests: Intramural softball, movies and travel.
