Once Accepted
You will receive an email as to the next step. The student will have a mandatory meeting with the Program Director prior to orientation to go over the items listed below.- Physical Exam and Immunizations and Lab Form
- Dental Exam Form
- CPR/BLS for Health Care Provider through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Learn more about Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs)
Once accepted, you will need to attend a mandatory Dental Assisting orientation/informational meeting, dates to be announced.
