Lee G. Violett has over 40 years of law enforcement experience, serving in a range of executive and command positions, including as police chief and interim chief of police in several departments. Additionally, he has served as an advisor and consultant to various law enforcement agencies, addressing a variety of problems, issues, and concerns. Lee has an extensive background in leadership development, strategic planning, and team building.

He has a keen interest in all facets of law enforcement operations and processes, both human and technical, and understands the complexities and challenges facing contemporary law enforcement organizations. Currently, Lee serves as a team building facilitator for the Commission on POST and has conducted dozens of workshops for a wide range of diverse law enforcement agencies.
