Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs)
Degree Student Learning Outcomes Assessment Results

CSM's Degree SLOs are the knowledge, skills and attitudes  acquired by students who complete the major requirements of an associate degree at College of San Mateo. Associate degree program SLOs have been assessed through student satisfaction surveys beginning with Summer 2012; assessment findings are posted on the individual instructional department program review sites.

In addition, degree earners in many programs have been invited to assess General Education SLOs and program satisfaction in relation to their respective instructional awards.

For a complete inventory of programs assessed, aggregated data, and response rates, see Survey Assessment Data.  Data also comprise evidence for the 2014 Follow-Up Report submitted to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) on October 15, 2014.
