Saving Your Work, Undoing Changes, Reverting
Note iconAs you are working in the WYSIWIG editor, save your work frequently. There is no auto-save function, and if you navigate away from the editor page, close your browser window, or lose your Internet connection, all of your work will be lost.

To save what you have done, simply click on the Save button in the top left of the toolbar (Save Button). If you want to start from an existing page, make changes, and then save the page under another name, you can use the Save as... icon (the second button from the left).

Undoing Changes, Reverting To Last Save

If you make a change that you don't like, you can easily undo the most recent change by clicking on the Undo button (Undo Button).  This button is similar to the Undo button in Word, reversing only the most recent change.

If you decide that you would like to cancel all of the changes you have made since your last save, click the Revert button (Revert Button).   This is similar to the effect of exiting the file without saving, allowing you to start again with the last saved version of the page.

Reverting to a Previously Published Version

In some cases you may want to go back to a previously published version of one of your pages.  Normally you would not publish your changes unless you are satisfied with the preview of the changes, but there are cases where you might want to revert to a previous published version.  For example, if you publish some information that is temporary and then want to go back to the previous version of the page, you can use the Revert feature.
