Program Changes: Wait Lists

Students wishing to add classes which have reached the enrollment limit may use WebSMART to add themselves to the waitlist. If seats become available in the class, the student will be notified by email through their my.smccd.edu email account.

If the student fails to enroll in the class within the 24 hours from the time the the email notification is sent, s/he will be removed from the waitlist. Please review your email DAILY if you are on a wait list.

Waitlist notifications are also available by text message. To add a text phone number to your contact information, log into WebSMART, click the "Student" tab, click "Update Your Goal/Major and other Student Information", click the "Contact Information" Tab at the top, fill in your Mobile Number in the fields provided and click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.

Students who are on the waitlist for classes that have established prerequisites are required to complete prerequisite requirements prior to enrolling. For more information, please visit the Prerequisites website.
