 Leading the Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Teacher Training Program at CSM  and  Practicing at local yoga sanctuaries while traveling through Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Hobbies:
 Dance, yoga, Pilates.  Challenging students to reach for new heights while finding their personal voice.

Teaching Style: Denaya, RYT-500, leads a Vinyasa Flow yoga class - moving fluidly from one asana (pose) to the next.  Students are encouraged to challenge themselves by testing their edge while simultaneously listening to what their bodies need.  Denaya's graceful flow is anatomically mindful with a playful spirit.  Her blend of elegance, openness, and motivation will leave you feeling stress-free, body-aware, and invigorated.

Teaching Style: Sarah teaches hatha yoga (the physical practice of yoga), blending balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. She teaches in a practical, user-friendly style, which is doable at any fitness level. Classes begin with breathing (Pranayama) followed by flowing movement (Vinyasa) to build up heat in the body, then poses (Asanas) are held for longer periods of time to build more strength, flexibility, and stamina. Classes close with a practice of relaxation and mindfulness (Dhyana).
