How do I make an appointment?
You can login to Accudemia to make an appointment. If it is your first time making an appointment, visit our Writing Center Canvas Pages to learn about making appointment using Accudemia.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please cancel your appointment by logging into Accudemia. (The link to Accudemia is also in our Writing Center Canvas Pages and in the confirmation email you receive when you make an appointment.) If you have any difficulty, contact the Writing Center at csmtwc@smccd.edu or (650) 574-6436 and we will cancel it for you.

When is the Writing Center open?
The Writing Center is open for the Summer Session Monday, June 10th through Thursday, July 18th. Please view our specific days and hours on our main page. If you have a question or need assistance, you can stop by, call us at (650) 574-6436 or email us at csmtwc@smccd.edu.

When are specific instructors available?
Instructor conferences are available in-person on campus in the Writing Center and in a virtual setting via Zoom. Some instructors are available via Zoom only. Use the Accudemia appointment feature to see which instructors are available using what modality.

*Instructors listed in red on the schedule below are available only via Zoom. All other instructors are available in-person in the Writing Center. Instructors with * are scheduled as follows:
