Important Announcements

Upcoming Summer & Fall Registration Dates

Priority registration for Summer 2025 begins April 8 and for Fall 2025 on April 30. To qualify for priority registration for Fall 2025, you must have an updated Student Education Plan (SEP) on file by noon on April 25. To create or update your SEP, please schedule an Academic Counseling Appointment on the Student Success Link page

Students who meet this deadline will receive a registration appointment via email or text and can register through WebSMART starting at 7 am on their assigned date. If you miss the SEP deadline, registration opens later: April 15 for Summer 2025 and May 14 for Fall 2025. For more details and support, visit Admissions and Records' Registration Dates & Times page.

Both events are open to the public and showcase the incredible talent of our music faculty.

36th Annual Presentation of Art & Science
The 36th Annual Presentation of Art & Science returns on Friday, April 18! You're invited to an engaging presentation by Professor Mohsen Janatpour as he explores the fascinating connections between art, science, and visual metaphors. Through an insightful discussion, this event will examine how these disciplines shape our understanding of the world.

Following the presentation, enjoy refreshments in the Theatre lobby and, weather permitting, stargazing with telescopes provided by the San Mateo County Astronomical Society and CSM’s Astronomy Department.

Earth Fest 2025
Join SMCCCD's Sustainability Team for Earth Fest 2025 on Tuesday, April 22, from 10 am to 2 pm in the College Center Building 10, Bayview Dining Room. Explore sustainability-themed exhibits, connect with community partners, swap clothes, and take home eco-friendly giveaways. Don’t miss the Museum of Tomorrow pop-up, showcasing the future of the green economy.
