Overview

Cañada College, College of San Mateo, and Skyline College offer students the unique and valuable opportunity to live and study in another country while making normal progress toward meeting their educational objectives. This popular international study program provides you with the opportunity to live and study in some of the world's great cities at very reasonable cost. Study abroad can be an enlightening, maturing and life-changing experience. As students live in and learn to understand a different culture, they are challenged to re-examine themselves, their attitudes and their values. These programs are offered in cooperation with other California community colleges and with the American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS), which provides transportation, living accommodations, and a wide range of student and instructional support services.
