Certificates - Electronics Option 1: Wireless Communications Systems
Upon successful completion of the certificate the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate hands-on working knowledge of the use of a Windows-based computer and use it to acquire relevant technical data via the internet.
- Demonstrate competency in the fundamental concepts of DC and AC electronics.
- Demonstrate competency in the math skills required to evaluate DC and AC electronics circuits.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Digital Electronics as it applies to high frequency r.f. circuits.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of active devices and linear circuit analysis as it applies to high frequency R.F. circuits.
- Demonstrate ability to design, fabricate and construct high frequency r. f. circuits on state-of-the art printed circuit boards and systems
- Be able to apply all of the above principals to the design, construction, evaluation and troubleshooting of high frequency r. f. circuits and systems
