Applications for Graduation

August Graduates

Applications for A.A./A.S. Degrees or Career Program Certificates to be conferred in August 2008 must be filed in the Office of Admissions and Records by Friday, July 11, 2008.

In order to evaluate your record for graduation, transcripts from all other colleges and universities which you have attended must be on file in the Office of Admissions and Records by July 11. It is the student’s responsibility to request these transcripts in a timely manner.

December Graduates

Applications for A.A./A.S. Degrees or Career Program Certificates to be conferred in December 2008 must be filed in the Office Admissions and Records by Friday, October 3, 2008.

In order to evaluate your record for graduation, transcripts from all other colleges and universities which you have attended must be on file in the Office of Admissions and Records by October 3, 2008. It is the student’s responsibility to request these transcripts in a timely manner.

May Graduates

Applications for A.A./A.S. Degrees or Career Program Certificates to be conferred in May 2008 must be filed in the Office Admissions and Records by Friday, March 7.

In order to evaluate your record for graduation, transcripts from all other colleges and universities which you have attended must be on file in the Office of Admissions and Records by March 7. It is the student’s responsibility to request these transcripts in a timely manner.
