Colleen Olle is an Instructional Aide II in CSM's Reading/ESL Center. She tutors native and non-native speakers in reading comprehension and vocabulary and leads ESL conversation circles. Colleen also assists in program development. Prior to joining CSM, she worked as a bookseller and assistant manager at Barnes & Noble and as a teacher at Sylvan Learning Center. With a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Michigan and a teaching certificate in secondary education, Colleen is an aspiring author and writes fiction before coming to work. In her free time, she enjoys running, photography, playing clarinet, hiking local trails and spending time with her husband.

An Instructional Aide II, Anna St. Amand coordinates admnistrative duties and tutors individuals. "My love of learning and enjoyment of new experiences makes 'variety' a key element of my life."
She grew up in the Niagara area of Ontario, Canada; lived in Grand Rapids, Michigan for several years; and ventured briefly into western Massachusetts before discovering the irrestistible beauty of the San Francisco Bay area. She has worked as an elementary and high school teacher, college purchasing agent, and as a purchasing administrator for a senior living and health care organization. She obtained bachelor's degrees in economics and education from Brock University in St. Catharines Ontario; bachelor's degrees in religious studies and business administration and a master's degree in management from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Anna enjoys traveling, theater, hiking, gathering with family and friends, and "working with such a rich diversity of people in the Reading & ESL Center!"
