Middle College Application Process: Fall 2013

Middle College is accepting applications from sophomores and juniors from the San Mateo UHSD and the Cabrillo USD (Coastside) starting Feb. 4.

SMUHSD students applying for Middle College for Fall 2013 can download the following five pages, using Adobe Acrobat. Students also must apply on-line on the application below and to the College of San Mateo.

Please note that the CUSD application is slightly different, though the Enrollment Application is the same. Contact the Middle College office (574-6101) or the Half Moon Bay HS counseling staff to get a Cabrillo USD application.
