Schedule & Catalog
Community Relations & Marketing in conjunction with Business Services is responsible for the on-campus distribution of CSM publications, specifically the schedule and the catalog. District employees can request CSM publications by submitting an email request to csmpr@smccd.edu. Current students, community residents, or other individuals can obtain a copy of a schedule or catalog by visiting How to get a schedule or catalog.

Promotional Items
Community Relations & Marketing has a variety of inexpensive items for giveaways at events. Promotional items containing the college logo include things like balloons, pencils, post-its and pens. If you have an upcoming event and would like to request promotional items, contact Beverley Madden at maddenb@smccd.edu or (650) 574-6538.

CSM Table Covers
College employees can check out CSM table covers for on and off campus events. To check out a table cover, please email your request to csmprsa@smccd.edu, call Beverley Madden at (650) 574-6538, or drop by our office in Building 9 (downstairs).

College View Brochure and other marketing brochures
CSM's College View Brochure provides an overview of the college for a wide-ranging audience. It's promotional, informational and can be a particularly useful tool for outreach and recruitment. In addition to our college view brochure the Community Relations and Marketing department maintains a small inventory of various college brochures for outreach and marking.
