Sign up here for the CSM Information Competency exam scheduled for dates listed below.

There are nineteen(19) slots available for each exam. Slots will be filled on a "first come, first serve" basis. Students will be notified within 72 hours after submitting this form whether or not they were successful in receiving a slot for one of the exam dates listed below.

The exam will take place in the College of San Mateo Library classroom located in Building 9. Students can only take the exam once. To help prepare for the proficiency exam, please visit the CSM Information Competency LibGuide or contact a CSM Librarian.
