We had Basque shepherd's cheese (sheep), garlic and herb boursin (cow), brie (cow), camembert (cow), comté (cow), morbier (goat), Port Salut (cow) and an especial favorite: kirsch gourmandise, a sweet dessert cow's milk cheese flavored with cherry brandy.
