Disbursement Schedule

Refunds are amounts due to the student after disbursement credits are transmitted and outstanding charges are deducted.

Pell Grant
Fall 2012 Spring 2013  Summer 2013	August 22 and September 19 January 16 and February 20 June
Direct Loans (unless subject to 30-day delay**)
Fall 2012	August 22
Spring 2013 Summer 2013	January 16 June
Scholarships*
Some vary request of donor, upon transfer, etc.
Work-Study
On the 15th of the month after time sheet is approved online
Disbursement Adjustments
Reverse disbursements occur when units enrolled decreases

*Regular refunds occur when:

• Application is completed prior to start of term, including loan requirements
• Enrolled in the required number of units at least one week prior to start of term
• Not subject to disqualification
• Have no holds

**For Direct Loan first-year student, first-time borrower there is a 30-day delay in the release of a first loan disbursement. The refund will be issued after the 30-day delay has passed.
