Serving as a spectacular south entrance to the campus, the Health & Wellness Building is home to workforce programs that include cosmetology, dental assisting, and nursing, as well as a the San Mateo Athletic Club and Aquatics Center.

The Health & Wellness Building also houses the Kinesiology/Athletics/Dance Division Office and faculty offices for all of the programs located in the building.

Le Bulldog is situated in Building 5 and provides a selection of nutritious take-and-go menu options.

Opened in 2010, the three-story 88,000 square-foot facility provides state of the art learning environments and equipment.
