  1. Apply for College of San Mateo Admission
  2. File a BOGW Application with the Financial Aid Office
    Download BOGW Application form
  3. Take the CSM Placement Test
  4. Complete four semester Student Educational Plan with an EOPS counselor
  5. Register for Classes: Go to WebSMART
  6. Complete an EOPS/CARE Application: Contact us for an appointment
