How to get a temporary parking permit
  1. To qualify for a temporary CSM DSPS parking permit, you must provide documentation of a disability that temporarily limits your mobility.
  2. Complete your class registration and pay your fees including the Campus Parking Permit fee.
  3. Come to DSPS, Bldg 10, Room 120.
  4. Complete the program forms and submit documentation of mobility impairment.

DSPS will issue you a CSM DSPS Permit that will allow you to park in designated parking spaces.

If you have a State Placard:

  1. Complete your class registration and pay your fees including the Campus Parking Permit fee.
  2. Be sure both your State Placard and CSM Parking Permit are visible in your automobile.
  3. Using both permits allows you to park in the blue DP and DSPS designated parking spaces in student and staff lots. However, they do not allow you to park in green, red or yellow zones.
