Whether your goal is to obtain a career certificate or associate degree (e.g., digital media, accounting, administrative assistant, building inspection, etc.) or to transfer to a 4-year university, relevant work experience while in school is critical to your transfer application and your employment prospects upon graduation.
Did you know that graduates who gain related work experience while in school earn a third more in their first career job and secure employment faster than their peers without related work experience? The Career Services Center can assist you in gaining that valuable work experience in your field of interest. Below are the steps to take to begin the exploration process.
1. First, try CSM JobLinks!

We also offer Career Classes and Career Counseling to help you with your job search.
