• ASCSM Proposal Form
  Use this form to make a funding request to the Inter Club Council (ICC) and/or the Student Senate. Please note that all proposals must be typed. Handwritten forms will not be accepted.

Board Applications

• ASCSM Advocacy Board Application
  Interested in joining the Advocacy Board? Complete this application and submit it to the Center for Student Life to be considered for an appointment. The Advocacy Board focuses on researching political issues and advocating on behalf of students on the local, state and federal level.
• ASCSM Programming Board Application
  Interested in joining the Programming Board? Complete this application and submited it to the Center for Student Life to be considered for an appointment. The Programming Board focuses on providing a broad range of events on campus, including co-curricular, cultural, and social activities.

Student Senate Application

• ASCSM Student Senate Application
  If there is an open seat available on the Student Senate, complete this form to be considered for appointment.
