Art History University Transfer Program
Most career opportunities in art history require a bachelor's or an advanced degree. Students can fulfill lower division major and general education requirements at the community college to facilitate transfer to a university to major in art history. Use Project Assist (www.assist.org) to identify lower division major preparation required for transfer. Typically art history major requirements include such courses as ART 101, 102, 103, 104, 201, 301, history courses, and courses in foreign languages.
